SuperBowl WOD!

Divide into teams - 49ers versus Ravens
12 minutes Halves
2 Minute Half-Time

During Half, Team must perform the following to score points

Touchdown - 7 Points
- 300 Air Squats
- 200 Push-Ups
- 100 Wall-Balls
- 100 Burpees

Extra Point - 100 Pull-Ups

Field Goal - 3 Points
- 100 Box Jumps
- 100 KB Swings
- 100 Walking Lunges
